For your information — have these ready; you'll need them to get verified after you register.

Valid CAC document
Corporate Affairs Commission registration for Nigerian businesses. Businesses outside Nigeria use their country's registration certificate. Individual sellers can skip this.

Bank account for payouts
Or an Espees wallet / mobile money account — added under Earnings after you register.

Valid ID (NIN / Passport)
National Identification Number slip or international passport, plus proof of address.

We use them to verify your account and keep you updated on orders.
Questions
What do I need to register?
Just your name, email, phone number (or a KingsChat account), a password and your store name. Your verification documents — ID, proof of address and, for businesses, the CAC certificate — are uploaded after you register.
Does it cost anything?
No. There is no setup fee. QVA takes a 10% commission only when you make a sale.
Can I sell as an individual?
Yes. Choose "Individual" as your business type and verify with your NIN or passport and proof of address — no CAC needed.
When can I start selling?
As soon as your verification is approved — usually within 48 hours of submitting your documents. You can set up your store while you wait.
How do I get paid?
Add your bank account, Espees wallet or mobile money under Earnings. Merchants in Nigeria are paid every 15 days; merchants outside Nigeria every 30 days — whenever the balance is positive.
How do refunds work?
Approved customer refunds are processed within 30 working days, and the refunded amount is deducted from the merchant's earnings.
